Homes for all older people
- Our flagship aged care village, HBH Howick Views, provides rest home care, hospital care and independent apartments.
- HBH Gulf Views is a boutique rest home in Cockle Bay, while Stevenson Village in Howick provides affordable rental accommodation for seniors with limited means.
- HBH Group shares our expertise through managed service agreements with other care facilities such as Gracedale in Mount Roskill.
- Our not-for-profit status enables us to continue to offer many standard rooms, without premium charges.

Better care for all seniors
- Through our rest homes, hospitals, independent apartments and the community, we’re committed to delivering an exceptional level of care to seniors.
- We aim to provide excellent care that nurtures all aspects of our residents’ wellbeing, including their physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual needs.
- HBH Howick Views is a fully registered Eden Alternative facility, a resident-centred care philosophy – and our other aged care villages are working towards this.
- We also help families care for their loved ones through short-term respite care in all of our rest homes and hospitals.

Healthy, connected communities
- Many older people prefer to remain in their own homes, so we provide outreach programmes to help seniors in our wider community to age well and live fully.
- The HBH Group initiated Virtual Village East as a social and support network for seniors, offering a range of free events and activities, online and in person.
- Through Virtual Village NZ, we plan to expand the concept into other communities around Aotearoa New Zealand.
- Our much-loved Day Programme at HBH Howick Views provides friendship, companionship and mental stimulation for local seniors living at home.
